Which Medication Is Recommended For Muscle Spasm In Lower Back?
I ma having accute muscle spasm in my lower back all of a sudden, I have been prescribed both M 751 (Cyclobenzaprine 10 mg) and WATSON 349 (Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone 500 mg / 5 mg), which one should I be taking first? I dont remember which one is for which instance of my back pain...

As you said you have some muscle spasm of your back due to some activity,so your doctor has prescribed you a muscle relaxant to overcome your muscle stress and combination of acetaminophen and an opioid analgesic for your pain.I just wanted to add some antacid tablet also like pantoprazole 40 mg before meal to overcome any acidity with these medicines.So all the medicines you should take as per your doctors advise and in proper time.Stay healthy.Take care.
