Which Medication Should Be Given For My Child For Fever And Running Nose?

Hi,

I am a mother of 4 and half month old son. My son is having a running nose from 1 day and also today he got fever in afternoon and in late evening. I am giving him crocin drops and t-minic drops. I am worried about the fever since its been more than half hour and temperature has gone down just .3 degrees( initially it was 99.4). Please suggest since i have whole night before i can meet my son's doctor in morning. Thanks

Continue crocin and t-minic drops.
cold water sponging will be helpful to decrease the temperature.
It might be beginning of viral fever.
You have to start proper antibiotic under guidance of his pediatrician.
Take proper care for his nutrition.
