Which Medication Should Be Taken For Getting Relief From Plugged Ear?

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from plugged ear on my left (no pain) after having a mild cold a week ago. Below medicines were prescribed by my doctor but even after taking it for 5 days ear is still blocked and no relief yet. Now the doctor advised to take Gupisone 5mg. Can I get a better advise for fast relief as this is really causing to suffer a lot. Medicine taken; Meiact 200 mg, Mucosolvan Syrup & Xyzal 5mg.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem, first of all possibility of wax impaction should be ruled out if this is okay then this could be a block of Eustachian tube for that the conservative management would be best and includes stem inhalation three to four times in day, have hot drinks, and in medicine "Tab Chlorpheniramine maleate three times in day, for complete relief this will take some time be patience, hope this information helps you, have a good day.
