Which Medication To Be Taken For Gastric Pain But Getting Relief After Releasing Gas. Also Suffering From Constipation

hi, I have a slight discomfort after a meal. more like in let side of the stomach, like gastric pain, it usually comes down after release of gas through upper or lower tracts, what medicine should i take. also I am suffering from constipation. hae to apply lot of pressure to pass the stools. worried it may lead to Hernia. Pl suggest a good remedy. I am from Hyderabad, India

Hi, I have read your query according to me you should take Rabiprazole+dompridone & rabiprazole+levosulpride at morning & night respectively.After this if you have constipation then you should start laxative at night with luke warm milk.Thanks for using HCM.
