Which Medicine Among Xarelto And Eliquis Interacts Well With Green Leafy Vegetables?

I am presently taking Coumadin for Atrial Fibrillation. My doctor would like to switch my medication to Xarelto or Eliquis. I would like to switch to one of these medications preferably the one that can be taken one a day and interacts well with green leafy vegetables. Thank you for your help. Jim
