Which Medicine Can Be Given For Knee Pain Caused By Osteoarthritis In A Diabetic Survivor Of Angioplasty?

hello,
my mother age is 65 and she is a cardiac and diabetic patient. two months ago she had a cardiac event same day he angioplasty was done and succeeded Alhamdulillah. but since last two weeks she is suffering from severe knee joints pain which is osteoarthritis. pain is very sever i had visit to cardiac Dr. but he said i am just a surgeon so i cant tell you anything about joints pain. so tell me for knee osteoarthritis which medicine is good and gel.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
There are very few options which are available.
1. Steroid injection in knee.
2. Tablet Etoricoxib
3. Voletran ointment
4. Physiotherapy and compression stockings
5. Calcium and vitamin D3.
