Which Medicine Can Be Given To Child For Cough And Cold?

Hi, My daughter is 4 years old and she is suffering from Cold and cough, i am not in India and have following medicines with me Aithral-XL 200 (Liquid) Asthalin Emeset Kidpred Please suggest which one of them can be used, it is almost 4 days that she is suffering from cold. You may use Azithral liquid and an antihistaminic like cetrizine for the relief of her symptoms.
You may also give steam inhalation once or twice will do good.
