Which Muscle Have I Hurt While Pulling A Heavy Box With Left Arm And If Pulled A Muscle In Front Of The Left Shoulder?
Good afternoon, Dr. Grief. I have an orthopedic question. About 3-4 weeks ago I pulled an acrylic box heavy with firewood with my left arm, from the direction of the left side of my body and felt an immediate pull in the front of my shoulder. It has been painful when moved in directions outwards to the left of by body and above my head. Any idea which muscle this could be? Please respond to YYYY@YYYY . Thank you!
