With two scoops(75 g serving), you can get 32 grams of protein. (2) CytoSport Muscle Milk Light Less calories(44% fewer than Original Muscle Milk). Contains less fat, less sodium and more protein. With two scoops(50 g serving), you can get 25 grams of protein. So with 75 g serving, this gives you 25/50 * 75 = 37.5 grams of protein.
