Which Specialist Doctor Should Be Consulted For Skin Problems Along With Eye Pain?

Hello, I am trying to make an appointment for my son in D.C. who has a lot of symptoms and can t function well with them. He was diagnosed with folliculitis when he was 17, now 25, but his symptoms now reoccur often and are debilitating: numb fingers, red face, his eyes hurt, his eyes are dilated and he has dark circles around them. He has red bumps or pimple-like places on his face, legs. His face is bright red and sore. He can t play sports. This happens every 6 months or so and he s healthy and athletic and then he has these symptoms. It makes him not be able to communicate with others; they don t see what all he sees because he is new at a dorm, but I saw all in photos. Cellulitis? Vasculitis? His eyes really hurt. So strange! We ve been to many drs. in the beginning and they all said folliculitis. Its much worse than that now. I don t know what kind of dr. I should send him to: internist, dermatologist, rheumatologist, infectious diseases?
