hi,
how much i can understand is you have a problem of closed mouth with swelling on the right side of face.
this indicate that you are having space infection in the pterygomandibular region, which usually cause closing of mouth and restrict mouth opening.
there might be any molar tooth in the lower arch right side which is carious and caused you the swelling and cellulities.
I suggest you go to dentist and get an IOPA/ X- ray done, get medication and take proper treatment for this infection.
Dont ignore it other wise if it spread to the chin reason which is dangerous.
