Hello,

I really appreciate your concern, it is the symptom of hemorrhoid. This is the common disease can be thought beside this it could be fissure, infection, and intestinal pathologies. Overall the underlying cause is matter of concern else it cannot be treated on symptomatic basis. Better to see the surgeon for correct diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
