While Being Treated For Piles, What Could Clear Anal Fluid Secretion Indicate?

I have been suffering with piles & had treatment for those recently, but in the last few days in addition to developing Shingles on my bottom, I am leaking a clear fluid from my anus which is causing a lot of irritation and staining through my clothes. What can be causing this?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Recent treatment for piles, development of Shingles on bottom may be unrelated unless your body resistance has got reduced.
The cause of the drainage of clear fluid from anus causing irritation and staining the clothes indicate that there may be severe ano-proctitis secondary to treatment of piles or otherwise on its own.
This can be diagnosed by the following way.
Get a clinical evaluation done by a General Surgeon, ano-proctoscopy and colonoscopy to rule out any inflammatory problem or cancer.
Biopsy may be needed and once diagnosed the treatment can be as per the findings.
You may need a course of an antibiotic active against colonic infection and Metronidazole; pre and probiotics and the most proper treatment as per the findings.
Take proper diet avoiding all the foods and beverages which instigate or enhance the problems.
Keep the stress and anxiety in control.
