While Going Up And Down Hill Experiencing Severe Headache, Pain In Leg And Heart Discomfort. Suggestions?

when I'm driving going up and down hills the left side of my face goes numb accompanied by mojer head pain that feels like rapid throbing ,numbing, tingling and swelling as if my head will burst. my temples pulsate fast.at the same time i experience the same pulsating in my left leg and exstream pain in that leg.this brings about exhaust and major fatigue.i think i feel heart pinchs aswell during this.

Hello,

First of all this may be motion sickness. This is due to pressure changes in the cochlear system in the ear.
The other possibility may be facial nerve edema due to sudden pressure and temperature changes while travelling uphill and downhill.
Cardiac causes like angina may be attributed. This happens due to vasospasm of the coronary arteries.
