Welcome and thank you for asking! I have gone carefully through your concern. Your actual TSH level is very high and you should raise the dose of the levothyroxine from 100 to 150 mcg once daily. It is very important to take the tablets in the morning and for 1 hour not to eat and drink anything. After changing the dose you should check the TSH for 6 weeks and if it is normal, continue with this dose for 6 months. What i would recommend you is to do a ECG and see the cardiac rhythm before changing the dose. Hope i have been somewhat helpful and it will be a pleasure to answer further questions. Kind regards, Dr.Mirjeta
