White And Thick Sperm. Could It Indicate Something?

Hi, I am researching the possibility of cowpertitis for my boyfriend.... I may be way off track with this, so lets see what you think- he has very white, thick sperm ejaculation , this is the only symptom, i realise this may be in the range of normal, but perhaps it could also indicate something else?? Other things to consider- he has had one testicle removed due to inguinal hernia going bad , there was alot of physical trauma to genital area during this op (about 2 years ago now). He is not sure when the very thick white ejaculate began though. Are there any implications here? We do not think an std is likely.

I went through your description. I suggest you not to worry too much. Thick sperm is normal with so many people. It normally indicates low hydration. But common. In some cases thick semen indicates low mobility of sperm. That condition could be troublesome if you are trying to conceive. Otherwise, there is nothing wrong with your boy friend's condition.
