White Blood Cells In My Urine

I have gone to a doctor for a UTI for about 5 months now and all the test have come back everyime except for the time i went for my physical and they took a test for a UTI it came back negative but i still have white blood cells in my urine what could this mean ?

Get a culture and sensitivity test done. There might be some chronic pathology going on. what does the ultrasound say?
