White Discharge. Colonoscopy Shows Inflammation. Negative For STDs. Yeast Infection?

I always find white discharge in my boxer shorts. I have had this condition for a year now. I ve had a colonoscopy and they have said its inflammation I think. I ve tested for std , diabetes , food allergies and more and all negative. I do think when I have bread, dough, pizza I get this. I did have a yeast infection and thought It was clear but could I still have it? Or is this something else? It makes my anus sore and also i pass gass a lot. It feels like I leak. I would love it to stop.

hi
thanks for your query
as per your complain it seems that you are suffering from yeast infection.
you can confirm it with some test
-gram staining
-culture for fungus
-culture and sensitivity for bacterial infection
first have these tests and then decide according to result of tests
wish you good health

with best regards
