White Discharge Came From Urethra, Burning Sensation, Frequent Urination, Blurry Sight, Slight Warm

Hello!

Something weird is going on, thats atleast what I think. Yesterday when I passed stool I noticed that a white discharge I believe, came out from my urethra it was kind of thick, as I remember it. After that if I remember correctly, it started to come out a little urine and then I kind of got an burning sensation, if I remember correctly. Then I have been having a need to urinate quite frequently I believe, and I almost always feel the urge, if I remember correctly. Today when I was passing stool, some white liquid came out again, only this time it wasnt that thick as I remember it. Then in the shower I kind of felt like I was about to pass out and my sight was blurry for sometime, as I remember it. I feel slightly slightly warm. What could it be? and do you think I should seek acute medical help?

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
You have mentioned that you are suffering from frequent urination, dysuria and discharge from the urethra.
All these symptoms are suggestive of urinary tract infection (UTI).
You need to get an urine examination done- routine and microscopy.
This investigation will pick up any evidence of infection in the urine.
Further culture and drug sensitivity can be done to isolate the infectious agent and the most appropriate drug effective against the infectious agent.
Consult your doctor for examination, prescription of relevant investigations and management.

Thanks and take care
