White Discharge From Vagina, Tiny Bumps With With White Specks Around Vagina. What Could It Be?

Are little bumps around my private area normal(i'm a girl) I went to take a physical today and the doctor didn't check too closely, but she said I'm good to go. I am a virgin and sometimes I have discharge, it's white and kind of pasty, but it's normally around the time of my period, or after exercising and not washing. They are the same color of my skin, but I noticed a white speck on them. They are tiny, but everywhere..found on my (lips) and around the opening, I can kind of feel some inside of the opening. They go all the way down to my anal, almost touching it.

hi there, what you are describing appears to be small skin tags or warts and if they are few and non-troublesome then you may leave them alone.Do mention it to your gynecologist in your next visit. The discharge is quite normal and as long as it is not foul smelling or itching.Maintaining hygeine like frequent change in underwear will help. Hot weather and exerciseing may cause it to aggravate, but frequent washes or bath will be good. Take care.
