White Fungus Formed On The Penis Head

At the tip of my penis where the the skin and the penis head join a white fungus is being formed.I wash it every day and it would appear again.

Use antifungal cream, but more improtant, show it to a dermatologist or your physician and get confirmed that it is fungus itself and not something else which will require diffrent line of treatment...consult before starting any self medication.
