White Pimples Inside Vagina Lips, Discharge. Sexually Not Active. Problem?

Hey. I have these white pimples inside my vagina lips. I'm 17 years old and I'm not sexually active!! I don't know why they are there!! I don't know how to ask my mom why I have that! On my last period I took a tampon out from and I got a little rip and I've been wearing pads down there because I discharge a lot. But I'm so scared and I don't know why because I haven't Done anything. I've been fingered by my boyfriend a couple times but he cuts his nails and washes them before he fingers me, but we haven't done that in like 6 months! I'm so worried!

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

There is possibility of some vaginal infection due to usage of tampons.
Sometimes thickened folds on the vaginal lips can be falsely interpreted as pimples.
So if you are having any symptoms due to these lesions consult gynecologist once and get examined to find out the exact nature.
Vaginal infections can be seen in virgins also due to skin to skin contact etc.
So you discuss your problem with your mother and consult gynecologist.
