White Seed Like Structures In Stools

I am 26 year old female from India. Three months back i was diagnosed with acute amoebic dysentry. Last month i was diagnosed with Vit. B12 deficiency. From the past 3 months i observed white grey seed like objects in my stool. What Could they be?

Is your food intake proper?Do you have stomach pain.Is your stool mixed with blood.Kindly go for stool test & Abdomen ultra sound.Please be under direct medical supervision.Take care.
