Since Jan. 15,2014 I've had this horrible pain at the base of my skull running into my neck. By Jan 19th the pain had worsened into my shoulders down my whole back into my hips and legs making it hard to even get up or move at some times. I've had a pretty constant fever or 99.8-101.4 since this has started. I've had nausea and have felt real disoriented as well. I'm female and only 21 years old I hope its nothing serious. Jan. 19th I went to the doctors and they ruled out the flu. They prescribed me naproxen 550 mg (which I can't tell if its working) and gave me a steroid shot in my hip which actually caused me a severe anxiety attack 7hours later. Thursday I went to another doctor and he is wanting to do a brain scan this week and and run some other tests. He wrote me a script for more naproxen and a script for tramadol 50 mg. I'm real scared at this point still not knowing what it is wrong with me. I know its something wrong with me but I hope its not serious like cancer or menegitis or something awful like that. I hope I have given enough info to maybe give me some ideas on what could be wrong. Thanks for taking your time to read this and give me feedback.
