Whom To Visit For Joint Pain While On Medication For Crohn S Disease?

My teenage daughter has Crohn s disease. Currently on Humira after developing antibodies to Remicade. Her joints are always painful to the point of debilitation and she is constantly fatigued. W hat kind of doctor should I take her to about the joint pain?
