Why I Am Suffering From Mood Swings , Nervous About Everything And Not Eating Well ?
im nat to sure were to start, i have been going back an fourth from really happy moods to very very low moods to the point were i dont want to leave the house because i think everyone is looking at me and ive also became very nervous of everything outside, i have not been eating an have lost alot of weight witch is unusal for me cause im normally a very big eater. i have also been spending alot of money on things i dont need witch makes me even more low wen i realise ive no money left for things i do need. help!!

You are having Bipolar Disorder, May be you should get yourself examined by a Psychiatrist as you will need Psychiatric Counseling and Medications. Although it is a disruptive, long term condition, you can keep your moods in control by following the treatment plan which is advised by your Doctor. If you drink, smoke or abuse drugs, QUIT them. Stay away from unhealthy relationships. Exercise regularly and eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green veggies. Avoid stress and get Plenty of sleep for a Minimum of 8 Hours daily. Practice Yoga or Meditation and Know more about your Condition as it will help you understand yourself better and will help you stick to your Treatment Plan.
