Gastroenterologist 's  Response
Hi
Happy New Year.
with regards to your bloating it may be related with :
-IBS
-dyspeptic syndrome
-gallbladder problems
-pancreas problems
Before diagnosing with IBs you should rule out the other diagnosis doing exams like:
-biochemical exams
-abdominal ultrasound
-upper endoscopy.
Meanwhile I'd suggest to take probiotics, use plenty of water, avoid sweeters, increase your physical activity, use vegetables.
Withy regards to raised ALT it may be caused from painkiller use.
Stop using painkillers and consult gastroenterologist for further evaluation.
Best regards
Dr.Klerida
