Why Always Having Cold With Sore Throat And Runny Nose With Season Change?
Why every year when the season changed and always I have cold start with sore throat and running nose that end in dry cough loose my voice. I eat fruit and vegetable is my main meal and one hour everyday. What else I miss that I not do or I need to do to stop it.

You dont have to stop anything , it is likely that you are having an allergy to some pollens or grass and this is causing your symptoms like running nose etc .Please meet an allergy specialist , he will ask you to do some tests to find out what you are allergic to and guide you further.
