Why Am I Bloated And Muscles Sore?

Hi ,
I feel extremely bloated in my stomach, my entire body feels really heavy and my mind feels foggy, my muscles are very sore . I have had plenty of sleep. I have been having problems with my stomach and severe constipation for the past 2 months but i have never felt this sudden heaviness and fatigue. What is wrong with me

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, we should definitely rule out hypothyroidism.
So get done TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone), free T3 and free T4.
If this is suggestive of hypothyroidism then you will need thyroxine tablets.
If all these reports are normal then no need to worry much.
Sometimes undiagnosed stress and anxiety can also cause similar symptoms.
So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
