Why Am I Constipated After Having Diarrhea For 4 Days?

Hi for the last 4 months i have had differnt bowel movements small pieces going a few times in the morning because i feel i have not finished, last 4 days had diarrhea today had it in morning then felt constipated and had a bit of wind for the rest of the day...im only 18 whats wrong with me!? Thanks

Your symptoms seem to be related to irritable bowel syndrome.

I recommend using daily probiotics.

I also recommend using laxative medication such as Miralax.

I recommend drinking liquids and eating a fiber rich diet.
