Hi,
Emergency pill contains high doses of hormone and thus causes hormone imbalance. This can lead to withdrawal bleeding as well as delayed natural period in the next cycle. Since you have missed two cycles already, you should see a specialist for the possibility of a hormone disturbance which needs treatment. A trans-vaginal sonogram, a clinical evaluation and a blood test for pregnancy help to exclude pregnancy. A course of hormones is usually sufficient to induce a period and correct the cycles. Hope this helps.
