Hi,I am Diwashish Biswas (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Why Am I Experiencing Dribbling Ejaculation, Urethral Irritation, And Reduced Arousal After Oral Sex?
Had oral sex from a girl. A couple days after when masterbating the cum didn’t come out like it normally did, it was like my urethra opening was closed in the middle with some cum dribbling out mostly the top and a little bit at the bottom the urethra. It visibly looks irritated towards the bottom of the urethra. I didn’t a full panel for STDs and came back clean. I don’t even feel super aroused since the first time this happened (trouble cummimg), so anybody know what’s going on?
Since your panel tests have come clean, it may be due to anxiety after the first episode. Sometimes, it can also be due to bad experience. Performance anxiety can reduce arousal, erection quality, and ejaculation strength. However, the concerning factor is that your symptoms can be indicative of prostatitis.
Get clinically examined by a urologist; sometimes standard STD panels miss certain bacteria like Mycoplasma or Ureaplasma. Get a urine test and urethral swab test done to rule out urethritis or bacterial growth. A prostate examination and an ultrasound are advised to detect or rule out prostatitis.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
