Why Am I Feeling Acidic After Swallowing With Pain In Throat?

I had to take the glucose blood test for my pregnancy today. It's been well past 9 hours since I drank the sweet soda type juice and my throat has pain when I swallow as well as an acidic feel. Why am I feeling this and why won't it go away?

The juice which you had may lead to infection in your throat called pharyngitis.. Which leads to this kind of complaints..take strepsils you will feel better.. Don't worry.
