Why Am I Feeling Cold And Shivering?

Hi for the last three hours I have slept as I didn't feel well, I've now woke up shivering under the sheets, I have had to put my full thermals on, central heating and socks. I'm still freezing cold aching from my bones and constantly feel thirsty I feel so I'll. I'm 26 and never get I'll????

Hi,
It seems that you might be getting fever.
In certain cases you may get chills and shaking before temperature comes.
This is usually found in malaria, urinary tract infection etc.
Take analgesic medicine.
Take plenty of water.
Take rest.
Ok and take care.
