Why Am I Feeling Constriction During My Passing Of Stools?

I have severe constipation for over 20 years. I have had surgery for piles. there is a feeling of constriction during my passing of stools. also accompanied by stiffness in left lower abdomen. The stools have white translucent membrane like discharge and white granular crystals

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
The feeling of constriction while passing stool can be due to stricture post-piles surgery.
This can be diagnosed by per-rectal digital examination, ano-proctoscopy and colonoscopy.
Anal dilatation under general anesthesia can be helpful in such a case.
Secondary to this problems there would have been changes in the colon causing translucent membrane mostly due to mucus production and improper digestion causing white granule formation.
Go for tests of stool and blood also and get a course of an appropriate medications as per the cause thus found.
