Why Am I Feeling Dizzy With Headache After Falling On Concrete?

I was running, and I tripped and fell on concrete. Now, everything s blurry, I m dizzy, and I have a massive headache. I m at school still though, I m 13 and in 8th grade. The teacher suggests I go home. This has been going on for an hour at least, will it subside quickly? Please reply fast!

Should have ct brain plain to rule out any intracranial or cranial go to ER and have above investigation and have consult with neurosurgeon
