Why Am I Feeling Dizzy?

I fell on my head from 9 feet of a ladder on Monday morning. I iced and took Advil immediately. Besides to a lot of bruising on my body as it hit the ladder on the way down, I've been feeling ok. Now, almost four days later I'm feeling slightly dizzy. Should I go to ER? No blurry visionM
