Why Am I Feeling Feverish From Past Few Days?

I Have low grade fever for 18 days >>>last 2 days no fever but feverish feeling .Pin in left flange ..i am daibetic and have hyprtension for 5 years .i am 44 yrs old . KFT and LFT normal but glucose in sugar 4+ . No swelling anywhere .Last month test microlbumin was abve normal range.pls adv

What are the blood and other reports.
Is the blood pressure and diabetes under control?
