Why Am I Feeling Sleepy With Weak Heart After Taking Nexito?

hi, i have nexito 10mg as per doc advice in hospital but after taking it i feel very sleepy and feel weak my heart also feeling uncomfortable please suggest so i can talk to doc about this medicine, before he has suggest me to etizola 0.5mg half dose twice a day in night 1 full after that feel inconvient in sleep in night once i woke up in night then he has suggest entizola 0.5 half in afternoon along with nexito 10mg and so on as above mention please just it fast. My age is 29yrs old and my height is 162 weight is 55kg before i admited to hospital.

Feeling sleepy is one of the common side effect of nexito that occurs in about 50% of individuals. If you are taking nexito in morning time than you can talk to your doctor to shift it at night time. Increased anxiety is also a common side effect which lasts about initial one week and you need not to worry about it. If the side effect continues beyond one week than you need to talk to your doctor as there will be possibility of some other condition contributing to weak heart and anxiety.
