Why Am I Having Anxiety Attacks After Taking Synthroid?

I am on 75 MCG of Synthroid. Go to endo every six months. I had Graves disease and 3 rais about 12 yes ago to eradicate thyroid. Last week or so been getting anxiety attacks as before I was diagnosed Have an appt next week with endo. Do I need a change in meds,note or less.

maintain T S H at 2.5 to 3
consult psychiatrist for anxiety .
