Why Am I Having Blackish Stool With Vomiting And Headache?

I have been diagnose for ulcer for the past 2 decates and i have been managing it. But for the past 2 years have been experiacing infrequent bowel movement and times a very blackish and smelling stools and vomit.at some times i had fent headache toward ear

Hi,

I feel the black stools could be from micro bleeding from the stomach.
Please do occult blood in stool.
Check your hemoglobin level.
Headache can be due to low hemoglobin levels if present.
