Why Am I Having Bloated Stomach With Rumbling Noises?

Hello. I have been having this rumbling noises from my stomach even when am not hungry. I use to never had till this month when it started.Also I have been having stomach bloats and my stomach feels hot inside. What could be wrong with me? I try to drink milk to lower heart burn, but it helps only for a few minutes.

I really appreciate your concern, such sound could be due to hyperperistalsis most of the time it is nonspecific but it may happens in huger state called hunger contraction, it may be functional too as seen or happens in IBS, over all just be patience and it will be okay, if the symptoms persist then it can be ruled out for infection hope this information helps.
