Hello and thank you for asking Healthcaremagic.

The symptoms that you describe correlate with an urinary tract infection or a kidney/uretheral stone.

You need to do an urine test and an ultrasound of your urinary tract to determine the reasons of your symptoms. This way we will be able to tell how to treat it.

You can use ibuprofen or tylenol twice per day for the pain.

-have plenty of water
-don't hold your urine
-chamomile tea or rose tea
-fresh fruits and vegetables

Wish you all the best.
