Why Am I Having Bloody Stool After Taking Fast Paced Walk?
I am a 50 year old woman, with a sit down clerical job. I am up and down during the day, and a full time wife and Mother. Though I do not exercise, I am not completely sedentry. I recently started a 3 1/2 mile fast paced walk with a friend. Twice now after walking I have had bloody stool. The next time I have a bowel movement it is back to normal. Should I be worried? What is this?
