Hi,
Gastritis caused by various etiological agents like infection of H. pylori, stress induced, NSAIDs intake for long time, reflux disease, autoimmune diseases, excessive intake of coffee. First of all you should try to know the causative factor. So, consult a surgeon for further investigations like total blood count, test for H. pylori detection, urine analysis, endoscopy guided biopsy and treatment accordingly. Avoid taking coffee and spicy foods and a heavy meal at a time. take small meals at frequent interval. Take tab. pan 40 once daily in morning half hour before meal.
Take care bye.
