Hello,
Welcome to HCM
Your sister suffered from typhoid fever one month back for which she has taken treatment and she recovered. But know she is having fever, loose motion, Hb 5.8 and easy fatigability.
She may be having secondary bacterial infection because of that she is having fever with loose motion.Easy fatigability is due to less haemoglobin.
I would have advised her
1. Undergo Blood culture
2. Antibiotics
3.Antipyretics
4.Blood Transfusion
5. Iron Supplementaion.
This patient requires complete evaluation.
Thank you
