Why Am I Having Horrid Headaches To The Back Of My Head?

I had a simple hospital examination and after wards I passed out , the doctor sent me to a and e minor department and watched me for hour but a week later I have horrid headaches to back of my head even thou I knocked front , could this be related or am I stressed due to christmas YYYY@YYYY

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Judging from your description in the absence of other symptoms I do not think it likely for the headache to be due to the fall. It is much more likely tension type headache, the most common type of headache which is often triggered by stress and anxiety. Usually over the counter medication like Ibuprofen is enough to alleviate symptoms.
