General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Diabetes is a common cause of generalised lumps or boils, tingling / burning sensation in legs and other regions. Kindly check your blood sugar levels - both fasting and postprandial values, complete blood count, thyroid tests and lipid profile. Pelvic ultrasound may be required if any hormonal imbalance or irregular period is suspected.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
