Why Am I Having Pain In My Right Calf To The Right Of The Shin Bone?

I m having pain in my right calf. No redness or swelling or outer symptoms. Had the pain on and off for about a week or 2. It s in the middle of my calf on the right side of my shin bone. Just achy and it travels down to my foot sometimes or up a little higher on my leg.

Hello,

I understand you have pain which is radiating in nature. If you do some simple calf muscle stretching exercises and leg raise exercises it should help and reduce the symptoms. If the pain travels from the lower back till the foot we may have to look out for the spine and nerves associated but in your case it's mainly required a stretch of calf which will even help for neural stretch and reduce the pain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
