Why Am I Having Pain In Right Ankle?

I ama truck driver the last couple of weeks i have been expeiencing sharp stabbing almost umberable pain in my right ankle its right on top of my ankle i have never experienced any pain so severe i have started testosterone replacement injections bi weekly about 6 weeks ago and started having this pain any conection

This is a work hazard in your case. Take few days rest. Use a crepe bandage inankle. take combiflam tablet twotimes daily afterfood for 10 days. You can take x-ray of ankle joint ap and lateral veiw.
